K12 Staff Development is led by our team of high-energy dynamic Literacy Consultants. With degrees from Teachers College Columbia University (TC), together we possess decades of classroom, professional development, and administrator expertise.

Each year, we partner with K-12 districts and schools across the United States to support Professional Development in Reading Workshop, Writing Workshop, Guided Reading, Conferring, Word Study, Phonics, Grammar, Vocabulary, Interactive Read Aloud with Accountable Talk, Higher Order Questioning, and all components of Balanced Literacy.
