Tonia, thank you so much for your workshops and coaching this year. You showed us ins and outs of the workshop model. Any questions we had, you were always available to us. The sessions were practical and grounded in best practices for literacy instruction. They reinforced and introduced teachers to practical applications which they applied immediately to their practice. The students’ progress is unbelievable! Very noticeable even over the course of only one year.

Tonia is personable, easy to work with and went above and beyond to tailor her presentations to what we needed. Her suggestions were practical and actionable. She built time into her workshops for teachers to practice what they were learning. Working with Tonia for PD is completely different than other PD workshops. Most PD you don’t look forward to going to but that is not the case when working with Tonia. The environment is positive and respectful and she helps each individual to make the program work for them.

Today was so informative and hands on. I was able to see you do a lesson and how it should be structured and and then also was lucky enough to have a one on one coaching session with you where I learned even more. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Tonia. My teaching is forever changed.
